FLUSHING RING
The Flush Ring is made of bar stock or forged material. The ring contains one or two flush holes. The flush holes can be selected in most common sizes. The flush ring is clamped between process and instrument flange and is therefore limited by the pressure rating of either of those flanges.
The purpose of Flushing Ring is to avoid the formation of solid deposits below the diaphragm and thus avoid the clogging 2 holes with internal threads provided on the ring facilitate the purging /cleaning of the area below the diaphragm without removing seal from the process line, at normal conditions the female ports of the ring shall be plugged. All kind of facings are available on the flush ring.
